Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
All our products are shipped for free when order value is above EUR 25,00-
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but estimated delivery is typically between 1–3 business days.

International Shipping:
All our products are shipped for free worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number you can use to monitor your shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Delays:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier-related issues.

Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@bodypatch.com within 48 hours of arrival. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
